We're Kim and Johan, the people behind Three Course Menus. We love to cook and we love photography, so cooking food, photographing it and sharing it online came naturally to us.
We're passionate about being bold in the kitchen: daring to experiment, daring to get it wrong and daring to cook something fantastic. There's only one way to learn, and that's to cook more! Don't save festive food for special occasions. Make it on a grey Monday evening or an ordinary Saturday lunch in the middle of the month! Cook with character and feeling, and do it often!

Why Three Course Menus?
We felt there was a lack of clear options for putting together complete festive menus. The internet may be overflowing with food blogs and recipe sites, but we want to offer complete solutions for anyone who wants to serve something a little extra.
It's also common to find user-generated content that nobody really takes responsibility for. Everything we publish we have cooked and photographed ourselves, exactly as it looked when we shared it. We may not always have created every piece ourselves, but we will always take responsibility for the quality.
What's the business idea?
We run this as a company and the aim is to make a profit, mainly so that we can keep developing Three Course Menus in the long run. Our income comes from ads, as you may notice, and they are what allow us to exist, to run a web server and to buy the ingredients for all our delicious menus. But for that to work, we also have to give something of value to you, our readers. Our business idea is to provide high-quality menu suggestions that you use and love, so that you want to give us the time to work on what we're passionate about.
